Expiry Date Extended - Security Certificate for Automated Dispatch and Messaging System (ADaMS)

Last year, the AESO provided notice that the ADaMS certificate will require renewal after one year despite the September 2024 expiry date listed on the certificate.

In February 2022, the AESO’s certificate provider, Entrust, advised that industry requirements have changed and Entrust will continue to support three year certificates. As a result, the ADaMS certificate will no longer require renewal after one year as previously communicated and will continue to be valid until September 30, 2024.

Pool Participants can continue using the current ADaMS certificate until September 2024. No action is required at this time.

The AESO will provide instructions for obtaining a renewed certificate per normal practice in the summer of 2024.
