New Asset eReserve3 Mercer Hill (ERV3) Notice

Please note that the effective date of Asset ERV3 has been postponed to Aug 19, 2022. The previous notification listed an effective date of Aug 15, 2022.

Enfinite Corporation is connecting a 20 MW energy storage resource effective August 19, 2022. The monthly outage and short term outage graphs will be updated in the normal manner on the AESO’s website based on the information entered in the Energy Trading System. This new capacity will be reflected on the Current Supply & Demand page effective August 19, 2022.

Please note that the date listed on this notice is the date a new asset will be added to the market. However, many generation units may initially undergo commissioning and testing activities, or incorporation in phases as applicable, and there may be a period of time before the new generation will output its full MW capability on to the grid.
