    Comments Due | Section 202.6 Amended ID #2012-006R

    The AESO is seeking Stakeholder feedback on Appendix 3 and the removal of the exclusion of wind and solar generation from the detailed calculations and methodologies relating to long-term adequacy of supply contained in Information Document #2012-006R, Adequacy, Supply Shortfall and Energy Emergency Alerts ("Amended ID 2012-006R").

    On October 26, 2022, the Alberta Utilities Commission approved amendments to Section 202.6 of the ISO rules, Adequacy of Supply. During the proceeding, the AESO committed to engaging Stakeholders on the initial release of Amended ID #2012-006R.

    A copy of Amended ID 2012-006R was posted on the AESO website on December 20, 2022. The deadline for Stakeholders to provide comments via the Stakeholder Feedback survey on Appendix 3 is January 24, 2023.
