    Delivered Cost of Electricity

The Delivered Cost of Electricity Report reviews the historic and current delivered cost of electricity in Alberta, including variable and fixed costs. It provides a comprehensive analysis of the cost of electricity delivered to a range of Alberta customers, the components that make up those costs, and the cost of alternatives currently available.

An examination of the major customer classes provides an overview of the costs that electricity customers may incur throughout Alberta, and the trends in costs to customers to produce their own on-site power.

The comparative cost of grid-supplied to grid-connected but self-generated, or self-supplied, electricity sources was analyzed.
