    Share any insights, research or studies on the development and implementation of the most appropriate cost allocation and cost recovery mechanism for REM ancillary services (AS) products by March 31, 2025.

    REM AS cost allocation will be discussed at REM Design Finalization Week 2 (March 18 - 21, 2025).
