Proposal to amend Section 203.6
The Market Surveillance Administrator ("MSA") submitted a proposal to amend Section 203.6 of the ISO rules, Available Transfer Capability and Transfer Path Management for the removal of the requirement to restate the available capability of the interchange transaction when the associated e-tag is curtailed regardless of the entity causing the reduction to the volume associated with an e-tag.
