Stakeholder session

Purpose

To build understanding of Security-Constrained Economic Dispatch (SCED) as the foundation of Locational Marginal Pricing (LMP). It will include an overview of the basics of SCED theory. We will share study results related to a back cast of LMPs, congestion rent, and pricing hubs, and we will provide insight into the methodology and assumptions used in the analysis. There will be opportunities to discuss each topic and ask questions throughout.
