Oyen 2 Solar Project Connection (2758)

UK Solar West Ltd. (UK Solar) has applied to the AESO for transmission system access to connect its approved Oyen 2 Solar Project (Facility) in the Oyen area. UK Solar’s request can be met by the following solution:

• Add a substation, to be designated as North Lanfine 1119S, including three 240 kilovolt (kV) circuit breakers.
• Connect the proposed North Lanfine 1119S substation to the existing 240 kV transmission line 9L46 using an in-and-out configuration.
• Add one 240 kV transmission line to connect the Facility to the North Lanfine 1119S substation.
• Add or modify associated equipment as required for the above transmission developments.
