    Rate Supply Transmission Service (STS)

    Rate STS applies to all supply customers with transmission system access service including generating units, aggregated generating facilities, holders of power purchase arrangements, industrial system designated sites, electric distribution system-connected generation where electricity flows into the transmission system, and the City of Medicine Hat.
