    Rate Primary Service Credit (PSC)

    Rate PSC applies to all load customers who receive Rate DTS and do not utilize transformation facilities owned by a legal owner of transmission facilities to step transmission voltage down to 25 kV or less, or are served through an unconventional connection, such as one using metering transformers.
