    Facility, Substation and Asset Naming

    To gain additional operational efficiency, for any system access service requests (SASRs) submitted on and after October 1, 2025, we are launching an initiative to align the facility, substation and asset names in Stage 0 of the AESO Connection Process.

    The online SASR form has been updated to provide additional information for market participants to consider when choosing facility names.

    The Cluster Assessment and Independent Assessment pages have been updated to reflect this change.
